Those of you using, or thinking of switching to, an induction cooktop, should be aware that this (and the rest of the Chef's Classic line) is *not* induction compatible. Amazon should list this with the product information, but they do not. I made the mistake of thinking that since it was stainless steel it would be OK - not so.

I wanted a large saute pan and saw this on sale for $24.95. My husband purchased the 14 inch pan for me for Christmas. I am EXTREMELY pleased with it so far! It heats up beautifully and cooks food just as it should. I've made seared and sauteed chicken, latkes and bolognese with great results each time. The clean up has been a breeze in all cases.
